RƎVO˩UTION

When feeling any emotion, the emotion can then be looked at in a different way, and you will feel differently.
We are not forced to be angry, upset, or frustrated.
Just as we are not forced to be happy, excited, or full of good energy all the time.

There is a range to our feelings, Both sides come to everyone.
If you are feeling very intensely, there is a
powerful current of energy that is driving this feeling.
If transformed, it can be used in a way that is not destructive or otherwise negative.

The only way to stop from reacting and letting impulsiveness take over when hit with an intense situation and feeling, is to shift the attention to a different angle. For example, if there is a reason to feel angry at somebody, look at that anger and take a step out of it.
See it from the point of view of not being angry.

It is easy to lose control when feeling intensely, and become swept up in
whatever is happening, to the point where mistakes are made. Bad choices are often made when a person becomes short sighted and only looks at things on a personal level.
There is always a way to take a step back and look at everything.

A different state of mind is all that is needed.
Smoke some weed, listen to some music, watch something funny, eat some good food, and if you have a friend, family, or loved one(s), share your love. The best thing we can do for ourselves, is to be good to other beings.

Not because we want to get some sort of merit, or personal gain.
Do it because we are all here on this planet, in the same struggle to survive. Then, you will get the only kind of merit that actually counts.
When we chip away at our selves, there is a choice to either become apathetic, or to become dispassionate and detached in a mindful way.

A way that can see the attachment or the strong feeling, yet also look at it from a dispassionate and detached state of mind.
Then the intensity has become transformed, instantly. Humanity has created and continually conditions itself
into a structured existence, because of the need to survive.

But this structure has gone from people who
survived off of the land without destroying it and abusing the resources, to where survival is profitable. If a person wants to live in absolute luxury, it has always been at the expense of others. For the most part, because practically all of the people who have the most wealth and power in the world,
are not people who are satisfied with they have.

These kinds of people are always after more and more.
To feel like they are in charge; that they are somehow more important than the rest of the world. Any person can be tempted and driven to chase after wealth, fame, and power.
But the real wealth is to feel healthy, happy, and satisfied. Real power, is found only through grace, harmony, and virtue.

The world needs to wake the fuck up, get rid of currency, and start actually working together, instead of fighting over stupid shit. Religion and resources have been the primary reason behind practically every war in history.

It’s this fear that we are not going to have as much as we need, which
stacks on to the fear that we are not going to have as much as we want.
And there are always going to be people who are irrational. People who are oppressive when it comes to their beliefs, and/or spirituality.

Instead of wanting to have more and more, every new thing as it comes out, and to impose our beliefs and ideas upon others, we can produce what we need in a way that has nothing to do with profit.
We can work to create what is needed, to be happy, safe, and have our basic needs taken care of.
To have basic needs taken care of, and to be happy and safe should not be an exclusive privilege to those who have any kind of currency.

If a person is able, then they can contribute. If they are not able, then
we shouldn’t just let them be homeless and without any of that precious currency that is needed for basic needs. To me, that doesn’t feel righteous. We are supposed to be an advanced civilization.

Of course, there will be people who are outright evil, sadistic, and malicious. No matter how chaotic a system is, there is always a pattern that is congruent. There is always a cause and effect relationship. And yet, no matter how efficient a system is, there has to be unpredictable elements.

Instead of working together, there is a dissonance.
A falsely perceived separation, and the segregation of people and all living beings. People for some reason value life in different degrees and have been doing so for ages.

There has to be something that will cause everyone to get together and actually work in unity towards a better Way.
The majority of people on this planet are not the ones with wealth and power. The majority are the ones who have to
suffer and do all the work, so that the wealthy can live in luxury.

The poor, disabled, the uneducated, and the working class could change the course of history as we know it. It seems like there is no way that this will happen right now unfortunately. At least not without a serious disaster or economic collapse. Unless, there was another world war, or global apocalypse, or you know.. aliens came and did SOMETHING…

OR, we could just get our shit together and change things collectively. Shake up the system. Fight against this tyranny that threatens our lives and exploits our time and energy for a profit.
Instead of waiting for abundance, or some global shift in consciousness, get together, find those who have the skills, and make IT happen dammit!

Path to Enlightenment

Nexus

Accumulation of knowledge is often mistaken for intelligence. This is like mistaking a cup of milk for a cow. Like memorizing information for a test, only so that you may pass that single test and then the burden of the knowledge is dropped after the information is not needed any more.
Where is the intelligence in such reasoning and action? Wisdom is much more valuable than any accumulation of knowledge. Wisdom is principles.

Principles discuss the very nature of perception as the understanding of reality. People are foolish when trying to become somebody in the world, when they haven’t even come to terms first with their own true nature. Until we become realized beings, every commodity we produce is at the detrimental expense of somebody. In order to have heaven on earth in such a corrupt system, you have to have somebody else do the work.

Many are fine with this and happy because they don’t have to do the work, or they do have to work, but are indifferent enough and caught in the illusion to where they don’t make the effort to push for a change. Working class and middle class people are trapped in lifeless dead end jobs, working to their own demise for the profit of somebody else. Too many people are in debt, bankrupt, homeless and/or barely able to survive. We all need food, warmth, shelter, and the other basic needs. It’s sad that this issue is still not resolved. It is not a question of resources. It’s a matter of getting those who hoard the resources to share, which unfortunately is most improbable.

The wealthy usually want to live in mansions and palaces, they want servants. They often want to waste what isn’t desired any longer and feel unburdened by their own waste and excess. Excess is important to most who are wealthy. It is selfish to desire to have so much of anything that is needed or wanted, to where there is no concern about going without. In fact, when you never have to put intention and energy towards what’s needed, the mind tends to enforce flippant cravings, desires, and indulgences, and forget about important things like health and the overall well being of the self and others.

When we are forced to be frugal or to ration, there is a sense of mindfulness, that is easily lost when there is no intensity or pressure
in that sense.
It is intensity that drives us, intensity that gives us power. Any negativity can be transformed, but to do so it has to all come to the surface to be worked out. This is why any legitimate internal alchemy practice or path to enlightenment can be arduous, and even painful and intense to the seeker. Once it is understood how to transform negative intensities that are felt, health, tranquility, and well being come naturally as if they were waiting for you to remember that they are the greatest treasures one can ever attain.

A sense of compassion towards all living things is suddenly realized when this happens, because the mind/body stops acting and thinking selfishly when it realizes that it doesn’t have to anymore; that it never had to be selfish in the first place. All sense of self or selfish behavior is damaging to the self and to others; it is the reason we get sick and the reason there is unjust violence and many other atrocities in the world. There is no self, we are all in this together. Each of us effects the world and everything in it, just as much as we effect ourselves by how we focus our intention and awareness. Either we can fight and reject the predicament, or we can find a way to unite and breakthrough.

Very few wealthy people are benevolent, generous, and compassionate. Most like to collect expensive and rare things like cars or trophies, just to have them sitting in around somewhere. Where is the intelligence in this behavior?!

Being centered in the midst of circumstances

Centered

Unfortunately most do not teach the essence of Tai Chi, Chi Gong, Yoga or any method/practice for reaching the most unified state possible. People want to learn forms and to put a label on everything.
The Tao cannot be attained without a body.
Truth cannot be attained as long as there is a physical body.
We need the body to become realized beings. To completely understand the Way of things and ultimate truth, there cannot be a physical form.

Discipline, concentration, and insight are the three essentials.
Being centered in the midst of circumstances, is finding the mysterious pass. Clarifying the mind, is miraculous experience. Seeing the essence of mind, is crystallization of spirit. Merging mind, body, and spirit into one completely unified state existing in harmony, is refining the immortalized consciousness.
Having a body outside the body, is release from the matrix.
Breaking through space/time is perfect attainment/enlightenment.

When accomplishment is fulfilled in spiritual practice, character is well developed and one directly transcends to completion all at once; physically and spiritually sublimated, one merges with the Tao in reality.

A state of meditation

SeatedBuddha01

Doesn’t awareness, doesn’t understanding take place when the mind is not drawing a conclusion, has no opinion, when the mind is attentively listening, and then it says “I have understood”? I am asking, what is the state of that mind which says “I have understood” and therefore acts immediately. Surely such a state of mind is complete silence in which there is no opinion, in which there is no judgment, no evaluation. It is actually listening out of silence. And IT is only then that we understand something in which thought is not involved at all. I won’t now go into what thought is and the whole process of thinking; that will need a lot of time and this is not the occasion.

When I talk about understanding, surely it takes place only when the mind listens completely – the mind being your heart, your nerves, your ears – when you give your whole attention to it. I do not know if you have ever noticed that when you give total attention(single pointed awareness) there is complete silence. And in that attention there is no frontier, there is no center, as the “me” who is aware or attentive. That attention, that silence, is a state of meditation. When you are listening to somebody, completely, attentively, then you are listening not only to the words, but also the feeling of what is being conveyed to the whole of it not part of it.

A metamorphosis that the butterflies imagine

Dragon Kundalini

Every single night I pray;
my letters form a kiss.
IT blows through the wind, until it rests upon lips.

A metamorphosis that the butterflies imagine,
in an undecided fashion, when weather storms permit.
She settles scores with this and I just sit enchanted;
fireflies dance, until her wish is granted.
I listen frantic, to melodies of heartbreak.
IT feels so temporary, but she’s telling me IT’s always.
I’d die in hell, so my angel’s not alone.
And I’d swim in the mud, for a fatal drop of hope.

I dance to the chorus when the rain hits the solitude.
IT breaks into molecules; that’s her.
Another piece of me, that feels but can’t hurt.
I stand firm, in this apocalyptic breeze.
Until I finally fall apart and my confidence is breached;
And I’m gone..

Hear the sounds of a thousand broken spirits;
a man who wouldn’t lie and a crowd who won’t endear it.
Confessions of a clown that’s sounding so sincere,
when forced to always face the ground.

I wrote it down in quotes and lyrics.
I’ve got a ghost, but he never stays in touch.
Another hole to dig and another grave to love;
another fifth is gone, another day that sucks.
Another dream is dead as the summer fades to dusk.

Original spirit

Drunken immortal

The enlightened make their energy and spirit complete. Through repeated harmonization, they naturally become real.

The real within the real, the mysterious within the mysterious, the insubstantial producing substantiality- this is called the embryonic immortal.

If you want to reach the Tao, whence does it proceed? Be calm, open, and there is hope of embryonic immortality. When open, there is no obstruction; when calm, there is no desire.

When openness is complete, and calmness profound, observe the process of nature and know its cycles. Let action proceed by calm. Be filled by maintaining openness. These two principles are complimentary, spirit and Tao are together.

The Tao is the host of the spirit, the spirit is the host of energy, energy is the host of the body, the body is the host of impulse. When there is no impulsiveness, the body rests; when the body rests, energy rests; when energy rests, spirit rests; when spirit rests, IT does not abide on anything- this is abiding without abode.

When the jewel of life is crystallized and the pearl of essence is bright, the original spirit is aware, and the embryonic immortal is complete; then the path of open spontaneity is finished. How great is the spirit, the basis of transformation and evolution.

A shiver in cold water

A shiver in cold water; nerves tingle.
Fish swim by and slimy scales tickle.
A small rock pierces and pinches until
water’s edge impacts a reaction.
Grass and dirt fly into the air and
water splashes everywhere.
Soon I leap to shore, to find wet clothes are
torn and worn to shreds from branches near the waters edge.
Flat rock, baked hot in sun, warms to scalding touch.
wet socks on sun baked rocks, steam into the air.
Still water’s light, gleams beneath the steam.
A smell of trees and fresh rain reminds that
I have to keep moving.
